To estimate your emissions, we use tracking data associated with the shipment's tracking number. If the tracking number is not available, we multiply the estimated emissions by an uncertainty factor of 1.5.

The uncertainty factor helps ensure that all your emissions are removed.

How long does shipping take?

Please note that global supply chain problems due to COVID-19 could possibly lead to delayed arrivals. We hope you understand, as this is something completely out of our control.

What we can control is the prioritization of your shopping experience. We ship from multiple locations around the globe which may also have an effect depending on where you're located. Usually, products arrive after 2-4 weeks.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! Shipping costs will apply according to your shipping address and will be added at checkout - for most locations it's totally FREE.

What are your return guidelines?

Our returns team will be able to provide you with the closest location for you to ship the return. We will process your return within 2 business days of us receiving the product. 

If you can include a tracking number for the return package, it will make it easier for us to ensure your return is processed as soon as possible!

HBOUND operates internationally. We have multiple warehouses based in the USA, Germany, and across Asia.
